Pleasant stay with some room for improvement
We enjoyed our 5-night stay in the Zen Room. The ski access was a highlight, and the peaceful atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. However, the restaurant’s limited hours for lunch and dinner was disappointing. Future visitors should check meal options ahead of time!

We enjoyed skiing at Niseko United and loved our trip to Hanazono Adventure Park for some epic snow play. The rooms were comfy, and breakfast was a treat.
The front desk hours could be better as we had issues outside their operating times and couldn't find assistance.

perfectly positioned for exploring niseko's stunning sights and parks
I loved the proximity to the Hirafu Gondola, just a short stroll away, allowing me to easily access amazing skiing and snowboarding adventures while also being close to cozy eateries like Villa Lupicia, where I enjoyed delightful meals after a day out exploring. overall, the experience was enhanced by charming hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home, though I do wish there were more laundry machines available to accommodate guests better.
